Problem with Windows 7 and FSRepaint

I use the demo version of FSRepaint on my Windows7 (64bit home premium) computer. Install went ok but now I notice that if I do a left mouse click and hold anywhere in the FSRepaint screen, I get an odd sound coming from my computer (GPU ?). It is like a faint electrical charge ??Can anyone offer an explanation ?System:Intel
