im trying to buy the md-11 for direct download on the pmdg website...i add the aircraft to the checkout and it clearly shows up in the cart but when i click checkout it says " your cart is empty" ?? whats up with that? help me out pmdg please

Try deleting your browser's cache and cookies, and try it again. This often solves the issue.
