External FP Editor?

Guys, anyone knows of an external flight plan editor for FSX PLN files? I need a utility to open, edit and save modified FSX flight plans. I need it basically for adjustiing the existing flight plans for addon ATC programs like VOX ATC, RC4 and PFE. As you know one thing is what you enter in FMC (can be real routes with the current AIRAC etc) and quite another is what VOXATC, RC4 and PFE can read from a FSX plan. Sometimes to create a semblance of SID/STARs used by the ATC editing of the existing plan in standard FSX format is needed, but starting my massive FSX each time can be quite cumbersome for that task. Such a utility might not necessarily have a map, but important to have it edit and save fsx data properly precisely to the FSX standards. Otherwise add-on programs wouldnt read them properly.Thanks,Dirk.
