Ok so I am climbing at about 2000 FPM and am going fine until say 20,000, when it seams I cant maintain 200 Kts or anything more then .6 mach. I switch to about 1000 FPM and it helps a little but not much. So the speed steadly drops (at full power). Fuel was about about 60 percent.Any idears?

Ive had the same exact problem as you, except for me it only happens with one of the Project Airbus 320's I have (the America West one) all the other Project Airbus A320's I have work great.
