I hope someone can help me.I'm trying to re-install RC on a new installation of Windows 7 Ultimate 64.However, when I paste my key in the registration box and submit, a message appears stating that registration is not responding - then the window closes.Any ideas.Thanks,Dennis

did you run rc as admin?was there a minus sign on the registration screen? did you include it in your key request?jd

Hi JD,I tried running it as Admin - Same thing happens.This is my second license, as I had changed some hardware and requested a new one some time ago.The funny thing is, when I look at my original purchase email, there was a minus sign in the original product IDbut when I try to re-install it I don't see the same Product ID.Thanks,Dennis
