Right wheels are not smooth

This is very very hard to explain and I am going to try to explain in pictures.This is how the wheels should look like below and I can get them to look like that if I don't move or am taxingbut then...when I start to takeoff/wheels are spinning at a fast rate I get this...I posted this in someone else post but no one replied. I noticed this when I was making a video after I zoomed into the wheels. Why is it only those wheels and not all the wheels. Taylor Oldham

I just loaded the airplane, ran the 747-8i down the runway at high speed, and was unable to reproduce any problems.

Hmmm... That is weird. Later I am going to uninstall my -8 and -400 since a "repair" didn't fix it. Taylor Oldham
