Why no lights on the 747-400X and 747-8 ?

Hi!...I'm stuck now...I have reinstalled the birds... First the 747-400X... No lights will show up other than the LL...And the same after the 747-8 is installed....I do not have the DX10 preview mode on... What to do?.. I want lights!CheersStian

Addons that modify the lights in FS have been known to mess with the lights on our planes - REX, ASG etc - you need to get the default FSX lights back into the sim (I don't know what the file names are off the DVD sorry, contact the makers of the addons in question) and then set those programs to not mess with the lights. There's a check box in REX2 that I have unchecked and it stops it from overwriting the light files.
