February 15, 201016 yr Has anyone had any sucess installing this excellent aircraft by Fran Gerry Howard
February 15, 201016 yr Author No problems here, I have the cab file in the main gauges folder of FS-X. However I only have SP-1 installed on the outside chance it's an issue with SP-2. Regards,JohnI have it there but I have FSX Gold with SP2.The picture shows the problems. The needles seem attached to a visible square which rotates with them and the square on the direction indicator is transparent. Gerry Howard

Are you running in DX-10 mode and if so, have you tried running with DX-10 mode off? I've seen some odd things with legacy aircraft while running under that mode when I did have SP-2 installed. -John

February 15, 201016 yr I 'm on XP so can't use DX10.I am afraid the problem appears to be caused when SP 2 is installed. To follow-up on your problem, I ran the SP 2 update and with it installed, I get the same type of corruption your screenshot shows. Once I uninstall SP 2, the gauges display correctly. I saw this with one of my own aircraft, the Ultralight trike update I recently released for FS9/FSX. I had to make changes to some material properties in the .mdl as well as changes to some textures. I am afraid unless the a/c designers of this great 150 come out with an update it won't work on anything >SP1.Regards,John

It's a pity because I learned on a C150 and that add-on was one of my favourites. Gerry Howard
