Going to need more details. Are you referring to the scrolling message bar at the top of your screen when you tune ATIS to get airport info?If so, what exactly is it that you want to change? :(

To my knowledge, you have 3 options:1) Supress it completely, through the registered FSUIPC.2) Set it to scroll3) Set it to steady text in more linesThe latter two are set in General settings in FS9. Continuous vs. Single Line.
