How do you set all the display setting (and other settings) in FS2004? I had the setting the way I wanted them but had to stop the game to go to the store, when I got back and turned on FS2004 all the setting were back to the default settings.

Just start a flight at your favorite airport. Make all your settings the way you want. Then go to save flight and put a name in there like, 'my favorite spot' or something like that. Then check the box for making that the default flight just at the bottom of the screen.
