How to backup copy disk 4

Featured Replies

BTW, the original post is wrong about CloneCD. It works fine.

Intel 10700K @ 5.1Ghz, Asus Hero Maximus motherboard, Noctua NH-U12A cooler, Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB 3200 MHz RAM, RTX 2060 Super GPU, Cooler Master HAF 932 Tower, Thermaltake 1000W Toughpower PSU, Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit, 100TB of disk storage. Klaatu barada nickto.

what version of clonecd are you using and what writer, I have tried over and over with clonecd and disk 4 will not run the program.

I have made a successful backup copy of disk 4 that will run the sim using http://www.blindwrite.com/download/blindwritefull_link1.html but I haven't been able to make a good one with clonecd, I'm curious what version of clonecd you are using and what cd writer, I have tried over and over with clonecd and disk 4 will not run the program.

bump

Just to let you know, I've had ALOT of problems with BlindWrite. I'd suggest CloneCD. It can copy anything.

The reason for the bump "read reply #1 to this post" is to find out what version of clonecd works and which cd writer you're using, I've tried with the latest version of clonecd and my compaq 1516US laptop with a toshiba writer clonecd will not make a good duplicate of the "Safedisk v2.8" protected disk 4, yet the new trial version of blindwrite dated 9th of July 2003 Blindwrite 4.5.3 http://www.vso-software.fr/download.htm the first version of blindwrite I've tried does create a copy that does start the sim when asked to insert disk 4, and It works like a charm, I never used it before and did not have any problems using it.
