FS9 and dual cores...

Recommended Posts

Hey all,I remember reading that FS9 only uses one core, so I went through the task list (in windows task manager) and right clicked on FS9.exe*32 (im using Win7 64bit). Went to set affinity and it is already set at use all cores...I only expected that it would be using one core...Am I missing something here? Can I force FS9 to use both cores at the same time?

No you cant, the code wasn't written for multi cores. Both cores are selected by default for everything. Don't worry it, setting it to one core has no effect.
