Try restarting MSFS2024 and first loading the airplane onto the runway at your airport of choice. Don't load try loading to a gate or otherwise.

Qualitywings, FSDT, and Flightbeam all use the same install wrappers, but they are different companies.

Some processors have better overclockablity than others, even if they are the exact same model. For example, I've heard of people hitting 4.8GHz with their 2500K, whereas the OP and I can't get it above 4.5GHz...

I'm having the same problem hitting 4.5GHz as well, but it's holding steady at 4.3GHz for now. It might be that you got the runt of the litter in terms of Overclocking!

In the first picture, your system on the left is sitting on a glass table, are you comfortable with that? I wouldn't get much sleep at night with it there, especially since it's so nice!

What I've been using recently is the FPS Limiter in conjunction with setting frames in FSX to Unlimited. It seems to work well, buts it's been awhile since I last played. I used the below link to build my Config file. Seems to do the trick! http://www.venetubo.com/fsx.html
