March 7, 201016 yr Hi,Before I answer, what do you mean by this? With asv6, I use "overcast enhancement" unchecked for better frame rates in FS9.In the options of ASE, this option is not present. Is there a way to change some configuration files?Notebook Samsung R710Dual core 2,26 GHzRAM 4 GBVista home premium 32 bitWith heavy overcast, my frames/sec falls to 10.......
March 7, 201016 yr Reduce cloud density, that should help. Although you won't get any nice overcast any more. Cheers - Stefan Maus
March 7, 201016 yr Reduce cloud density, that should help. Although you won't get any nice overcast any more.I reduced cloud distance in FS9 from 50 to 40, it's OK.ThanksPaolo
March 9, 201016 yr Hi,Now go from 40 to 30 in FS.Also limit cloud layers to 3 in AS.In asv6, I use ASG textures 256x256 32-bit, cloud layers 10, overcast enanchement unchecked, FS9 cloud distance 50, and I always FPS between 25 and 30.In ASE, I have to use 128x128 ASG textures, cloud layers 5, FS9 30, to have a good FPS.I need an option to inactivate enanchement overcast.
