PUZZLED!! Where is my FS9.cfg??

Featured Replies

I got FS2004, it runs perfectly(almost), I changed many things: display, traffic, weather etc.....and the changes are being saved, when I rerun FS2004 the changes are made.I understand that the FS9.cfg file is supposed to be in C:DOCUMENTS...|....I found my flight simulator folder with other files like plans and flight, but NO FS9.cfg.I ran a search on all my drives with no result.Strange, huh? By the way, I do have my drives set to show all hidden files.Would appreciate any help.Thanks.Abe

Thanks guys, I did finally find fs9.cfg in:c:documents and settingsmynameapplication dataMicrosoftFs9.I ran a little experiment, I placed a file in the same folder, then I ran a search. The search turned nothing, which is what I got when I did a search on FS9.cfg.As I mentioned earlier, I have all my files and folders NOT hidden.Any explanation? Thanks.Abe

How do you select to view hidden files. I simply do not find this anywhere. I do not even find an Applications Data folder. Thanks.
