March 10, 201016 yr I have six flight plans (through Flight Planner) that got saved in (A) My Doc....FX Flight Plans...etc and NONE in the (:( LOAD FLIGHT page.We already said two or three times that flight plans can't be loaded from the load flight page... No much use in repeating this over and over again. You will never ever get A in B!And btw the interface of FSX you see at startup has a fixed size: you can't make it full screen. What you see on my pic is what you get.I'll leave the rest up to you, Ulf! :(
March 10, 201016 yr I guess I've got some weird glitch going on here.BTW..I can't get the Free Flight page to go full screen so maybe that's why I can't see the fly now button.I have six flight plans (through Flight Planner) that got saved in (A) My Doc....FX Flight Plans...etc and NONE in the (:( LOAD FLIGHT page.I guess I gotta figure out how to get the A plans in B.I'll go check out the Learning Center again. Thanks all for your interestAs Jerone said: You cannot load a flight plan with the load flight page!If you want to load a flight plan you have to click the Flight Planner button. Load the flight plan in that screen. Click OK. You will then be back in the Free Flight screen. Click att the Fly now button (see Jeroens picture) and load that flight with the flight plan you did load in the Flight Planer. Please post a picture or two that describe what you do in what screen. Also tell us what you expect would happen, since it seems that you have a dim idea about the concepts of saved flight plans and saved flights.

March 10, 201016 yr Author LOL This is getting hilarious. :(Well...............I'm glad this matter provides a little hilarity for you.I was controlling traffic at NYARTCC probably before you were very old so I know a bit about flight plans.MS could be a little more careful in the use of the terminology. But thanks anyway.

March 11, 201016 yr Author Ah, sorry about that... :(More importantly: did you manage to fly by now?No problem.Yeah...I got a flight up.Procedure is quite different than FS9.......why I'll never know.FSX is too big for my computer however so I'm removing it until I got something faster.
March 12, 201016 yr No problem.Yeah...I got a flight up.Procedure is quite different than FS9.......why I'll never know.FSX is too big for my computer however so I'm removing it until I got something faster.Did you install SP1 and SP2 (or Acceleration)? Because that REALLY makes a difference in performance. Also, do not forget that FSX at low settings looks a lot better than FS9 at high settings, so do not simply 'copy' the FS9 slider-settings to FSX!
