i have to install the md11 747 400x and the -8 which order should i install them, thanks james wyatt

400x 1st since the -8 is an extension of it. Other than that it shouldn't matter when you install the MD-11, although my current install method is always to install the oldest 1st. So, 747-400X, MD-11, -8 would be oldest to newest, but I didn't have a problem doing 400x, -8, MD-11 install order either. I don't think it really matters, but another practice I tend to do is to install the latest 32bit and 64bit C++ runtimes for 2005 and 2008 once I'm all done (so that would be 4 C++ redistrib installs total). I haven't had any install order issues following this course of action yet.
