March 27, 201016 yr I can't get my add on aircraft to configure in the aircraft.cfg folder under the SimObjects folders. Everytime I make a change and try to save the new file, I get:"Cannot create the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\Bombardier_CRJ-700\aircraft.cfg.file.Make sure that the path and file name are correct"I'm trying to build a fleet of United Airlines aircraft and 1 1/2 years ago I was able to successfully add a 747. However, I'm having a hard time getting any aircraft to show up now. FYI, I've recently been upgrading my sim experience by downloading a lot of add-ons: mytrafficx, utx, fspassengers and fscommander. I wonder if any of these could cause a problem. Thanks in advance for your help.OS - Vista, FSX Acceleration My specs are Windows 7 64-bit, SP1, FSX Acceleration, Intel i5 2410 processor @ 2.3 GHz, 8GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 6490M, Mobile Intel HD Graphics, Add Ons: PMDG 747-400, UTX North America, UTX Europe, My Traffic X, FS2Crew PMDG 747, FSPassengers
