Ai Traffic Pausing Woes?

Featured Replies

I currently use WOAI for my AI Traffic. However, this traffic always causes pauses as the traffic loads and not just when I am on approach. If I turn AI Traffic completely off then I have nothing but smooth flight. I have read many forums concerning this problem, not just with WOAI but with all other payware AI traffic software such as TrafficX, My Traffic 2010 and Ultimate Traffic II. I would like to have an AI Traffic package which can be used and still have smooth flight. My question is short of having a super computer is there any solution to this problem?MikeE6700 Core 2 Duo OCed to 3.33, 2 GB DDR 2 dual path RAM, 8800 GTS 640 MB, XP Pro

You need to turn the traffic level down some but just because you find a good setting for one airport doesnt mean it will be the right setting for another. I use UT2 and it gives me the ability to set how far away that ground traffic show on the ground as well as what max altitude to still see ground traffic (in air is always visable) and also how many aircraft that will pop in at one time.
