March 30, 201016 yr It's funny...you THINK that you have pretty well what's out there. Yeah..right. Then you read a post and find out that you don't have HALF of 'what is out there', lol!I didn't have the D3D 'bloom effect' that somebody was referencing. I also didn't have Paul's set 1-5 Caribbean scenery package. I'm flying with both at the moment, having just taken off with Carenado's Saratoga II SP off of DominicaThe scenery package (with his modified beach texture that I also tried out) totally transforms the Caribbean and I would consider a must-have. Thank you, Paul!Also, I see what the 'flap' is about the BLOOM effect of the D3D.dl HD mod. The clouds look stunning with the wisps highlighted from the back and within. Pack the island of Dominica (via Paul) under them...and MAN...but where is my Power Ball ticket, huh? Huh?:)Yes..there are good areas to still 'break out of PNW for...and Paul's Caribbean treatment is certainly one of them. This HD bloom really kicks it up a notch or two...Back to the flight, and gobs of dreaming/drooling.
