Run time error 13 when using the scenery .cfg file repair tool

Hi Guys, I am trying to track the culprit of the recent crashes etc i am having and figured that maybe I should run the scenery .cfg repair tool. Its always worked fine before, however when I try and use it now, i get a "run time error 13" message. I have googled but found nothing. Can anyone help?cheers, Mark
