April 3, 201016 yr Hello there,As an Airport GPS user (of the FS9 version), there are a couple of things I'd like to comment on. This is no "attack" on the review, simply a different perspective. Moreover, updates have been coming regularly, with improvements in each version.Although there have been some definite (cosmetic) improvements, many of the updates have been bug fixes. See this thread for example, that was a particularly nasty bug...Finally, the ATC directions may sometimes be slightly different from the route you get from GPS, but as long as they end at the same gate, all is well. I suspect the full integration with ATC would be too complicated to implement.I assume you're talking about the default ATC. I think this addon actually appeals more to people who don't use the default ATC and its progressive taxi guidance. For example, those who use Radar Contact. RCv4 does not offer taxi instructions. (I believe v5 will.) That's why I got this addon, to fill the gap. When it works, it works exactly as advertised, unfortunately, it's not at all reliable.This program reads the currently installed airports and in case you ever add scenery, just run the program to get the current info.
