What would cause this? strange CTD Problem

I realise that this subject may be under the umbrella of the CTD sub forum, but I wanted to ask here because of the very strange circumstances - I figured that maybe the answer was related to something other than the usual suspects with CTD's. Anyway, here goes......In relation to the problems I have been having described here: http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=280455 I have been trying to narrow down the field of suspects. I have ruled out hardware having tested both memory, motherboard and chip exhaustively. I have been using TileProxy to generate my own permanent scenery and during the course of covering Wyoming, started getting crashes, mostly referencing the gdiplus.dll, but also sometimes other .dll's, including g3d.dll, simconnect.dll, msrvc.dll & weather.dll. But mostly gdiplus.dll. What I have found after a week of testing is that this only happens when using TileProxy and only when I fly the flightplan I made to cover the area in wyoming. I can change no ther settings except where I am flying and it will be fine. There is no other add on scenery involved. My question is this: What could possibly be in that one flight plan when using TileProxy, that would cause that crash and reference those .dlls ? I f I fly anywhere else using TileProxy, its fine. If I fly any other scneries, its fine. One thing that might be clue is that the scenery I generated using TileProxy takes a very long time to load, out of all proportion to its size ( 20Gb) I have 100Gb scenery folders that load in 2 minutes, but this one takes over 20 minutes. also, despite flushing the generated tiles and starting again, it still crashes as before. I cant think of anything that would do this specifically when using this flight plan. It crashes anywhere within the area, so its not area specific either. Does anyone have any ideas ?Thanks , Mark
