April 4, 201016 yr Saw this today:http://www.flythissim.com/FTS1000.aspxThis looks promising. It seems that they have tailored various versions of the product for some specific aircraft, as occurs with the real thing. Bruce. ASEL, Instrument. KBJC, Colorado.

I am wondering though-for instance-they have a Baron version. But since there are no credible Baron's for the latest version of xplane what does one do with it? Also-since we can already get credible versions of the g1000 with highly rendered aircraft in fsx ( the f1 mustang for instance) for much less the price-I am even more confused as to the merits of buying this unit. I'd like to support it if I could get a credible xplane Baron that used a credible g1000...is this available?I am anxious to jump in if these questions have a answer... I have no idea how real it looks, but I know they do FAA certified work, and do work alongside PFC as well. I would assume the performance data is well done, but I'm not so sure about a 3D representation.

It speaks of "instrument panels" which at least imply,s to me that you must supply the aircraft yourself. It also states you must also purchase SimAVIO for the analog panel which appears to be the analog instruments. I assume I would not need the Baron analog panel as I would want to customize it to my plane anyway-and which instruments are supplied-just the ones shown? April 12, 201016 yr Hi, Geof,I believe they are full .acf (aircraft) files. There's really no way to distribute a panel without an acf file. The 3D overall may be lacking, but the flightmodel may be right on. Can't say I know for sure!
