FS 2004, why does my Lear jet keep climbing with flaps retracted?

I just got FS2004 and it's just amazing. However, I can't enjoy the Lear because it keeps wanting to go nose high.Am I missing something. I'm certainly a green-horn when it comes to "flying" so is there something I need to do to acheive level flight outside of autopilot?Thanks

You need to adjust the trim. I don't know the key command off hand, but my MS Sidewinder 2 joystick uses buttons 3 and 4.Tony

yes i have been having weird performancves 2i have been usong a lot of elevator trim set as the up/down arrowsbut if im not careful to only turn on Alt hold after 110 knots a t TO i will turn into a rocketallen with a broken arm
