I just started ASE to verify some settings and to take captures of those settings for future reference. I changed one setting (thunderstorm CB, from unchecked to checked) and saved. Then I went to the main page and then I closed ASE. That's it.Below is the full error text:

I have had the same screen appear once or twice (no more) over the past couple of years. Rebooting seems to calm things down, but as to exactly why the screen appears I have no idea, other than it seems to happen when I make some ridiculous error with my clumsy fingers.

Well, later after the error (no reboot), I started ASE up again for my flight, which just ended. No crash this close.:(
