Request for any talented freeware developers or payware guys

Since the superbug was released, there have been many people looking to get an tanker working. it is possible, but each method has several limitations. i think there is a gap in the market for a complete package, with a nice model, and full suite of options, such as radar guidance to tanker, positional lighting on the boom and tanker, voice messages from the tanker, ability to actually take on fuel, etc etc.all of this was possible in FS2004 & FS9, ( lago tornado package ) so it seems a shame that we dont have a complete package available for FSX, especially now there is such a fantastically modelled military jet to fly. We have javiers nimitz and you pretty much do carrier ops almost as in real life, so can i stcik a request out there for someone to work on this? I would certainly pay good money for this.
