Patrick Cramer has some realy good sound sets for the PMDG-737. You can easily find them at the Avsim library.Do not forget to make a backup of the original sound first !!!

Christoffer Peterson's set works best for me. I have added bits and pieces off other sets too so take a look at a few before you choose one. Also, look for more realistic radio altimeter callouts and trim sounds in the library too.Oh, and Emil Serafino's latest package for the NG is quite good too. (The best cockpit sound in my opinion)
