Please...how can I stop "Loading Terrain Detail" twice.

Featured Replies

Lately, when creating a new flight, "Loading Terrain Detail" finishes it's task as normal then starts again. A waste of time but not really a problem. The problem however is that sometimes on the second loading day has changed to night. When I change it back to day the first loading works but the second loading goes back to night again.I'd be grateful for advice.Cliff Harris

Maybe you have some addon installed which synchronizes FS time to real time? If you load FS with another time setting, it might change the time to the correct real world time, which would cause a second load. It would also explain why it switches to night, if you set the time to day when it's actually night where you're flying.
