Why has my topic beeing closed did i do anything wrong there or did i just revealed the scam that AVSIM is doing here?

You post was removed because it deals with a subject that has been beat to death. AVSIM is not scamming anyone. Ferdy has elected to ignore author's requests to remove files from his service - were he to abide by those requests, he would not be in the situation he is in - period. AVSIM IS NOT going to "first class" service as you have stated. End of message. And this topic is closed.
