May 29, 201016 yr Having installed an add-on aircraft (DHC8-Q311B) I now get an 'Aircraft Initializaion Failure' message when I 'Create a Flight' and in the Cockpit View the whole screen is filled with the Panel. Only by clicking on 'select another aircraft' can I get the correct cockpit view. Also when I select an airfield from 'Selected Location' the add-on airfield I installed appears, and I cannot change it. I have deleted the aircraft and the airfield and uninstalled everything associated with FS9 and done a fresh install of FS9 only. I still get the same problems. A Search of my hard drive reveals no sign of the offending aircraft or airfield. Can anyone offer a solution? Thanks! Butters
May 30, 201016 yr Author I have solved the problem! I had forgotten about the FS2004 folder in Documents and Settings\User\Appication Data\Microsoft\FS9. Having deleted it and reinstalled FS9 things are back to normal. Now to reinstall all my add-ons!Butters
