I forgot an activation and a supportcase which I openend in Oct. 09.So that what the support saw in the activation history doesn`t fit to what I explained.I researched my old Emails and finaly found the old supportcase, after I added it to the ticket all misunderstandings were gone.So I apologize and say SORRY to the PMDG Support specially to Robert for my post here in the forum. It was not fair because it was my own fault.I now write down when I change my hardware and when I activate the product.I made many changes at my hardware and that Sebastian S.
