Flight Sim X-Gold is the package that has Acceleration with SP1 and SP2 included. The SP2 that comes with Flight Sim X-Gold is a later edition, so you would overwrite the SP2 you downloaded or delete SP2 before installing Flight Sim X-Gold. Microsoft is currently making more copies of FSX for retail. Might check Amazon.com for Flight Sim X-Gold, there are some new editions available at the store.
June 4, 201015 yr no... acceleration pack contains the sp2...you didnt need also that pack when you have installing sp2. acceleration pack contains more airplanes e.c. F18 or EH110
