Hi there,I have a very annoying problem with my sim quite a while now and I was not able to find a solution for it.When I make a flight suddenly all ai aircraft and my own plane loose their textures, go grey and my sim freezes or begins to shutter for about 5 to 10 seconds. Afterwards the textures are loading again and everything is back to normal. It is happening every 3 to 5 minutes. Scenery textures and any others stay fine during all the time. I get good frames and have no other problem than thatI have not made any changes in the sim before that problem first occured. It happens at any airport (add-on and default), during flights and in all parts of the world at any time etc.. Meanwhile I re-installed fs, deletetd the fs9.cfg, updated all drivers and so on but I was not lucky with my efforts yet.Does anyone have a clue what causing the problem and how to solve it?here are my system specs...Intel Core TM2 Quad 2.33 GhzRAM 4,0 GBNvidia GeForce 9600 GTVista 32bitkind regards,Alex

I had this happen to me awhile back. Now, keep in mind that this could be due to a number of reasons but it was happening on my system because of a bad texture on an AI aircraft. You might also have a bad ground texture too. That's about as much as I know...Mark

Hi,After trying my sim without ai traffic I noticed absolutely no problems. My guess is, that my problem comes from one of the installed woai packages. I still have to figure it out but that will take a lot of time..... :( cheers,Alex

Every time I have to quit the application through the task manager.I deleted fs and installed it again, checked the drivers of my video card and made every step I could think of. Hi,I deleted absolutely any file from FS9, all the hidden ones too.Today I made a number of tests again and found out, that the sim will work without any problems whren I switch off the traffic. I have installed numerous traffic files from woai etc and removed them. But as soon as I have installed only one package my sim will freeze, a black screen apears or I get a CTD after about 30 to 60 seconds. Thats happens even with the default traffic.Strange enough these problems first occured after Vista made an automatic update. Could that have something to do with it? Or a problem with my video card. By the way vista upgraded from directx10 to 11.cheers,Alex
