John Venema vient de mettre en ligne la version 3 de son ralentisseur de trafic routier. Vous le trouverez là. Vu que la doc n'apparait que pendant l'installation :( , en voici une copie à lire avant d'installer.

ORBX PROVIDES NO WARRANTY FOR THIS TWEAK, ALTHOUGH IT HAS BEEN TESTED TO WORK 100% OK ***<FSX_ROOT>\SimObjects\GroundVehiclesThis version 3.00 sets the top speed of most cars (now including FREEWAYS and all ROADS) to 55MPH / 95KMH for all FSX regions around the world. Airport trucks and buses have a lower maximum speed as well. All emergency vehicles have been unchanged - they are allowed to speed :)This tweak affects the speed of road, freeway and airport traffic in all areas of the world, providing for a much more realistic speed for traffic seen from low-altitude VFR aircraft.The default Living World Config spb file (LWcfg.spb) will be renamed to LWcfg.SPB.OFF - this file needs to be disabled for this tweak to affect roads and freeways traffic.Airport vehicles have also been severely slowed down - in some cases baggage carts could scoot around at 180KMH! These baggage loaders, fuel trucks, tugs and catering vans now comply with airport regulations :)

Une fois installé, vous devrez lancer le script "install_LWcfg_xml" qui se trouve dans le répertoire ..\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\ORBX\Goodies\Slower_Vehicles_LWcfg\
