June 10, 201015 yr When I see the props turning while sitting in the cockpit, are those props part of the exterior or interior model ?Same for when I see the shadow of the props on the ground, while sitting in the cockpit ?
June 10, 201015 yr Moderator Exterior model!EDIT: nope! What you see from the interior is whatever is included in the interior model. You can of course delete any polygons that cannot be ever be seen from any view angle from the part(s) to reduce the polygon count. Fr. June 11, 201015 yr Author Thanks - that's more stuff I can delete from the interior model. I was thinking anything I could see on the outside :( from the inside I had to keep.
June 11, 201015 yr You sure Bill?I thought that in the VC you can only see the the interior model so the props and wings and anything else you can see out the windows should be part of the interior model. The aircraft shadow you see on the ground from inside the VC on the other hand is definitely from the exterior model (I once made an empty interior with a full exterior but I could still see the aircraft shadow).
