New leveld 767 user, some probs

Hey guys.Apologies if this has been brought up before. I seem to have some issues with the 767-300ER fmc. I entered all my data at the gate with no engines running, after engine start all the fmc data had disappeared, back to the align IRS, and no nave data. This has happened more than once.Secondly, during a flight, I was entering STAR data for the arrival airport (KMCO). At some point during this procedure, I believe I pressed the DEL key on the FMC and then it froze (just the fmc), I could no longer enter or edit any data, it was simply stuck on the appr kmco page with the selected runway and star.
