Flight planning

Hello allWhile not a newcomer to FS I have been lazy in not researching topics such as this and have blundered my way through learning to fly the 737 (PMDG of course)! After recently installing ASE I couldn't import any flight plans because I didn't know how to.Any how thats been rectified but FS own flight plans are not up to date so my question is how do I import a flight plan into ASE with up to date information?Please excuse my ignorance and I hope this post makes sense? Any suggestion welcome Flying with FS9.Thank you all
