Hi again John.Was trying to figure out what the problem could be. As I explained I installed Windows 7 from XP and had to do a clean install. I used outlook express for my e-mail but it does not ship with 7. I have Microsoft Outlook but it cannot remember your password and keeps asking you for it. There is no way to make it remember in Windows 7. I installed an e-mail client and started e-mailing you and the problem of bouncing e-mails started. I then installed another client but we still had the same problem. Today I thought I would try Outlook......I received your e-mail from yesterday with key.. Could you let me know if it bounced. I hope someone with more brains than me might have a solution.John, the problem is at my end. Sorry once again for the problems caused and heartfelt thanks for all your help.RP.
