FSX Thumbnails Mixed Up Now

Featured Replies

I have a friend with FSX. Up until recently the thumbnail pictures that showed up in the Aircraft Select Menu were correct. Recently the last 50 or so planes have the thumbnails mixed up (the thumbnails show the wrong plane). When he clicks on the wrong thumbnail FSX loads the correct plane per the text below the thumbnail picture. We have checked the thumbnail pics in the texture folders and they are right. There are no ui_thumbnailfiles called out in any of the aircraft.cfg's. All the aircraft.cfg's in FSX. are OK. Is there some place that FSX caches the thumbnail files that could have gotten corrupt? They were all correct until recently. He has done nothing since they were correct. Thanks, regards, Bob.

Please cancel this thread. He has found several corrupt thumbnails and fixed them. All is well now. No idea how they got corrupted. Regards, Bob.
