GTX 470 SLI in FSX?

Featured Replies

Has anyone tried the GTX 470 in SLI? I know that SLI hasn't worked well in the past, i'm just wondering if the newest drivers and new hardware has helped this issue at all. This article: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/video/dis...gtx470-sli.html illustrates the scalability of the 470 and i'm thinking that it just might help us out in FSX too. -with some of these games, they're experiencing 2x the performance with SLI! - far different than in the past. Thoughts?

SLI with the GTX 285's works with the bufferpool=0 tweak, otherwise I wouldn't bother. There is a varying increase in frames depending upon the situation, but it mainly elimates the spikes and texture flashes that can occur with bufferpool=0.
