I'm running an i7 930 with a GTX480 on an ASUS Rampage ii Gene board. 6 Gig RAM/W7 x64When starting a flight from KBFI-KSDF on the PMDG MD-11 with UT2 and FS2CREW, something strange happens.Everything will progress normally until right around time for engine start. Then, either there will be a CTD with an 'unknown' reason, or the ATC menu will refuse to stay open. I have to hold down the ampersand key and press one repeatedly to see anything, and upon letting go, it closes immediately. Needless to say, this is frustrating. Any ideas?
