ATI Catalyst Control Center

Featured Replies

I have two Radeon 5850-1GB graphic cards installed on my computer and the problem is I can't get the ATI Catalyst Control Center to open. Have tried uninstalling/installing drivers without success. Any help will be appreciated.

Download and install the latest version of CCC including the drivers for your cards, then unistall it using the ATI uninstall utility - when it asks you whether or not you want to uninstall all ATI software, answer "yes" (NOT just the drivers -- unistall EVERYTHING!). Reboot after, install latest CCC again, reboot again, and all should work ok. If this doesn't work, you should try the ATI forums (there are many threads about this issue) and also drivercleaner.net, or something similiar.Good luck -- and let us know how you make out.
