July 9, 201015 yr oh this happened to me aswell, i couldnt install the queen, but then i realized that i had the worng code for validation. make sure your using the right code, it should be in 1 of the 2 emails they sent you (if you bought it online), it should look like this:Thank you for your order at PMDG Simulations, LLC.! This is your purchase confirmation/download instructions. YOUR ORDERID IS: XXXXXX
