July 9, 201015 yr Hello...I was checking the 777 manual by PSS and it says: "The GPWS provides aural altitude callouts during the approach at 1000, 400, 200, 100, 50, 30, 20 and 10 feet above runway. It also generates the "MINIMUMS" callout when passing below Decision Height, and "APPROACHING MINIMUMS" 100 feet above the DH." - PSS_B777_Panel_Manual.pdfSo everything I have is the 400, 200, 100, 30, 20 and 10. Not minimums neither approaching minimums. Is there a place that I can maybe turn it on somehow or it's just bullshi*?Just to let you know, I have the SP2 installed.
July 9, 201015 yr I know this will be a dumb question but, did you set your DH on the EFIS panel?Pretty sure I get those callouts when on the approach. Can check tonight. Clarke Kruger - CYEG
July 10, 201015 yr I know this will be a dumb question but, did you set your DH on the EFIS panel?Usually that's why the GPWS doesn't make the callouts. Same thing will happen with the Maddog if you don't set the minimums for the radio altimeter to read the height and send the signal to the GPWS to make the callout Ed OcampoStaff ReviewerAVSIM Online[email protected]Fly DC Jets
