July 10, 201015 yr Hi,I've just reinstalled FSX after upgrading my graphics card from an 8800 gts to a GTX470 1280mb. You might also check with the manufacturer of your MB and see if there's an update to the BIOS. FS9 should run perfectly as it takes less memory to run than FSX. No fair comparison. Are you running the 64 bit version of XP or the 32 bit? Your chipset can handle the 64 bit. If the latter, you should make sure you have the /3GB switch enabled. FS9 doesn't need this switch. Is there a reason why you haven't upgraded XP to SP3? Error code indicates you have SP2 installed.Best regards,Jim
