August 14, 200322 yr Hi,#MAPVIEW_MAP# entries. That tells FS9 what items to display while you're in map view.SHOW_AIRPORTS=1 <---Show the airport identifier (e.g. KLAX, KSFO)SHOW_VORS=1 <--- Show the VOR symbolSHOW_NDBS=1 <--- Show the NDB symbolSHOW_APPROACHES=1 <--- Shows the ILS feathersSHOW_INTERSECTIONS=1 <--- Shows the intersction symbolSHOW_VICTOR=0 <--- Shows "Victor" ariways (high altitude airways)SHOW_JET=0 <--- Shows the "jet" airways (low altitude airways)SHOW_AIRSPACE=1 <--- Shows the airspace boundries (Class B and restricted)SHOW_FLIGHTPLAN=1 <--- Shows your active flight plan on the mapSHOW_WEATHERSTATIONS=0 <--- Shows reporting weather stations SHOW_WEATHERSYSTEMS=0 <--- Not a 100% sure yet :-)SHOW_DATATAGS=1 <---Shows the data tag for VOR, NDB, INTX, and airports. Data tag for VOR's will show station identifier, frequencie and if it's a high or low VOR) SHOW_TERRAIN=1 <--- Shows the terrain show_flight_history=1 <--- Shows your current route of flight.#FrameCallNoWarn#ifdg 757-200 pw=1If an aircraft is not compatible with FS2004 it will give you a mesage box asking if you want to disable the non-compatible features of this aircraft. In your case you answered YES so what ever it was that wasn't compatible will not show up. My guess is that the rotating engine fans won't be displayed when you fly that aircraft. Hope this helped!?Mikehttp://www.members.shaw.ca/madamo/boeingsig.jpg
