Two years ago I purchased the TBM Avenger; this was my third MAAM purchase, having previously bought Briefing Time back in the days of FS2002 and, more recently, the download version of the superb C-47 package.Shortly after this purchase I managed to fry my PC, losing the majority of my backups in the process. I have recently built myself a new PC, and am in the process of rebuilding my Flightsim setup; to this end I emailed Bill asking what the procedure was, and he just pointed me to the (expired) download link in my email - all subsequent communication has not been replied to unfortunately, not the level of customer service I had always previously experienced from yourselves.So, is it possible to get a fresh copy of the Avenger, as I still have all my emails/order numbers etc? I don't have that information for the C-47, so the intention is to order and download a fresh copy at the first possible opportunity (i.e. payday, so this weekend).Thanks, in advance (hopefully) for your assistance.
