Libardo Guzman's Concorde problem

Hello again,I have a recent problem with one of Libardo Guzman's aircraft, which is his wonderful Concorde collection. Whenever I take-off with full thrust, the plane's nose goes down, causing the plane to descend quickly. Despite numerous attempts to keep the plane from crashing, the plane won't go up. Either this is an engine or trim problem, I simply have no idea of what happened, as that was my first experience of flying the Concorde. Can anyone guess why this is happening? Regards, Dave
