  1. Thanks to Camsim's freeware models I've always felt guilty of having ever purchased Abacus' dreaded, oversized 787 package. (When I mean oversized, I'm refering to its visual model and VC design, it's just awful.) Not to mention Wilco's 777. Nuff said.
  2. If it isn't Flying Stations' Fairey Swordfish I'd say Vertigo's SBD Dauntless.
  3. Yes, but there's nothing to see here at the moment.
  4. I'd like to see if they can better Aerosoft's Manhattan X. Otherwise I'd go with AZ.
  5. In other words, no Bolivia, Ecuador or Colombia in that sense :LMAO:
  6. AFAIK the spotlights won't work in FSX, since the parameters are coded for FS9 only. Regards, Dave.
  7. The first one appears to be dead, although I don't actually see why it would be dead after all.
  8. I recently installed a scenery of WARJ from FlightSim.com (http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/content.php?108-Copyright&fid=166385), that required me to replace the APX77340.BGL file included in the \Scenery\0904\scenery folder. To my surprise, after doing this, FSX displays the following message while building the scenery database.: "Your computer has run out of available memory. Please restart Flight Simulator and select different graphics, scenery or traffic settings" I even reinstalled the original file supplied with FSX, but the same message continues to appear within each time FSX starts up. To make matters worse my FSX DVD won't load anymore, which makes it almost impossible to reinstall and/or repair FSX. Can anyone help me with this. Regards, Dave.
  9. I'm so in the waiting list of customers. :Just Kidding: Too bad I ain't go the money or the credit to buy them right now.
  10. Yes, all of these (save for the Concorde) will work in FSX. The DC-8, 727, 707, CV880/990 panels work fine here, but the other panels, will honestly take a huge amount of gauge swaps so that they would wok in FSX.
  11. At last......something that I can certainly pair with Larry Robbins' excellent WashDCX scenery....
  12. I ain't in China though. But it won't work here in INA.
  13. Add that and the Aerosim 777 gauges.
  14. ...........smooth to the touch.
  15. Does anyone know what's goin' on at Sim Outhouse? I've been unable to access the site for weeks now.Dave.
  16. Yes, sadly. Gary Summons' (UK2000) EGLC is included on UK VFR Airfields as well as Aerosoft's version. I'd suggest Southend Airport (EGMC), closed airports such as Stapleton (XDEN), Kemayoran (WIID, as of 1979/1983 incl. Jakarta VFR) and Croydon (EGCR). Dave.
  17. Extraordinary! Finally something to shed the Dave Maltby and JBK Comets inside! Wonder if it contains G-ALYP...Dave.
  18. If it rocks, I'll go hybrid. If it goes ALL WRONG, 'll stick with FSX.Dave.
  19. Interesting - something LatinVFR and TropicalSim will have to look at!
  20. Don't forget to add the the texture files from the default white paint textures of the default A321. Dave.
  21. Not for now, but when the VC and cabin screenshots do come out sooner or later, I'll think twice.Dave.
  22. You have the right rigs and FT will run perfectly. On a computer such as mine even the smallest of freeware UK airfields could hit your PC a beat but FT's KBOS scenery runs at 7-10fps. Wonder what'll come out when I run it on an Alienware PC. Dave.
  23. POSKY does NOT have the upper hand over the Overland models, in terms of FDEs, and the POSKY 777 is far superior in terms of interior modelling.Dave.
  24. Anything by A2A and the VRS F/A-18 Superbug, of course!Dave.
  25. Not too impressed with its interior nor of its exterior modelling, since they placed a heavy emphasis on systems as opposed to modeling quality.Dave.
